Data deletion instructions

You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time.

If you connected an Instagram account

1. On Instagram, open Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
2. Find the Korems app and choose Remove.
3. Meta notifies us automatically. We delete the access token, profile details, posts and insights stored for that account within 30 days and give you a confirmation code you can check on this site.

If you connected through Facebook, remove the app under Facebook Settings → Apps and websites; the same process applies.

Form messages and other data

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion" and the email address you used. We confirm deletion within 30 days.
